Windrider 8
The chipped yellow paint flaked off the sides of the Volkswagen Beetle. The ancient diesel engine shook the entire car as it rumbled up the gravel road. Even with the windows rolled down Ororo smelled the combined stink of ganja and diesel fuel. The afghan that covered the back seat felt coarse against her skin, the two piece sundress she wore covered her chest and legs but not much else. It was hot, but that’s how she liked it.
The Cabby’s dreadlocks stopped shaking as the tiny car rolled to a stop. He turned around, "’dis da place, Beautiful. You gonna be alright all out ‘ere on ‘yer own? ‘Dere is not much around."
"I’ll be fine." Ororo said, digging a twenty out of her purse. "I’m meeting a friend."
"No worries ‘den. You git to havin’ some fun with yer sweetie."
She slammed the door as she stepped out. The little bungalow sat nestled between a clump of palm trees and a white sand beach. A warm wind blew off the ocean, rustling the palm fronds and making waves in the tall grass. The sun shone down, but the wind cooled off the little peninsula and brought in the salty air of the sea spray from the great blue expanse of water. It was perfect.
The cab pulled away. Ororo walked up to the door of the bungalow, the door swung open in the breeze. "Kitten?" she called. No response came from inside. Cautiously she entered.
The place was small, not mush bigger than a garage. It had a kitchenette/living room, bath and bed. All of the windows and doors were open, letting the breeze blow about as it may. There were very few decorations and even the furniture was Spartan at best. Still it felt like heaven.
Ororo dropped her bag in the bedroom, noticing how large the mattress seemed in comparison to the rest. "Kitten?" There was no suitcase, just Kitty’s purse and a backpack. A few textbooks and lesson plans spread out on the mattress.
She made her way to the kitchen. In the refrigerator she found nothing but Corona, juice and champagne. On the table sat a large fruit basket. She couldn’t resist having a strawberry as she poked around the living room. There was no phone, no television and no radio. There was also no Kitty Pryde.
Walking out the backdoor, Ororo found the large porch. It was half the size of the rest of the house. The slope of the roof provided shade. The floorboards were covered with an artificial grass that caught the sand before it could blow into the little house. Everything was painted green., the shutters, posts and the little railing that ran around the edge. The breeze made the porch swing tap the side of the house gently. The only sound she heard was the steady tapping, the surf and birdcalls from the trees. It was perfect.
The porch was ground level. Ororo kicked off her sandals and stepped onto the sand. It felt hot on the soles of her feet, but nowhere near as hot as her childhood trek across the Sudan. The memories of that dangerous journey still gave her chills.
That’s when she heard it.
Ororo spun. The whistling noise behind her put her instantly on edge. She saw the culprit lounging on a beach chair, purple belly stretched out to soak up the sun. The baby dragon snored softly. Little wisps of flame periodically flickering out his nostrils.
"Lockheed!" Ororo smiled as she scratched his tummy. "Where is your mistress?"
The hatchling snorted, upset at having his nap interrupted but never one to turn down a belly scratching. Eventually he was persuaded to nod in the direction of the water. Ororo kissed his forehead a turned to the sea.
Kitty Pryde rose out of the surf, tossing back her brown hair as droplets of water shimmered in the sun. Her naked body glimmered. Ororo’s heart stopped. Goddess, she is like Aphrodite rising from the sea. Kitty knelt amongst the waves, picking up the mesh bag of clams and knife she’d cut them away with.
Stepping out of the water Kitty looked towards the house. She saw her, dropped her things and ran.
Time slowed. Ororo drank in the sight. Kitty ran up the beach. The tight muscles of her arms and stomach pumped in time with her shapely legs. Her chest bounced with every stride. She was no girl anymore. Her eyes were intent, her face dominated by the overjoyed look on her face. Goddess, her smile is brighter than the sun.
Kitty wrapped her arms around Ororo. Their lips met before either could speak. They embraced as the world revolved around them. The years, the pain melted away. Nothing else mattered.
Ororo held her. Kitty ran her fingers through the flowing white hair, tasted her lips and sniffed her perfume; dissuading the part of her that refused to believe it was real.
Ororo tasted the salt from Kitty’s lips. The wetness from Kitty’s body soaked through her dress. She felt the nipples through the thin fabric of her top, they’d grown hard form the change in temperature of water and air. Her body was clammy and soaked but it didn’t matter. She ran her hands from the small of Kitty’s back to where she could cradle her lovers’ head, embracing her kiss. It was the sweetest passion she’d ever known. It was heaven on earth.
"Kitten…" she spoke after an eternity, pulling away from their kiss to look in her eyes.
Kitty snaked a leg between hers and tripped the taller woman to the ground, falling on top of her.
"Don’t hurt me…" Ororo laughed.
"Never." Kitty promised while she suckled on the dark flesh of her slender neck.
Ororo breathed sharply, a tingling sensation danced across her skin. "Oh, that feels good…"
"I love you." Kitty whispered into her ear, nibbling the lobe of the pinned woman.
"Please Kitten." Ororo gasped, "You’re all salt and sand…"
Kitty responded by feeling the size of Ororo’s tit and sucking on her neck.
"Kitten," Ororo giggled, "you’re very wet."
"Don’t care." Kitty gasped while stealing another kiss. "I love you."
"Yes," Ororo chuckled. "You’re also very naked."
"Don’t need clothes…" she said between kisses, "…need you."
There was no arguing. Ororo swept the soggy brown locks behind Kitty’s ears and let her tongue into her mouth. Kitty tasted her like she was the antidote to all her pain. Her hands ran over Ororo’s body, reacquainting themselves with the object of her affection. It had been far too long.
Kitty grabbed a handful of dress and pulled, phasing the garment off of the wearer and tossing it away. Ororo squirmed beneath her, rubbing their heat together. Their kisses became more determined, more desperate. Kitty tore at the bra and panties, phasing those away as well.
"Goddess, child," Ororo panted. "You’ve certainly become more aggressive."
"Love you…" was all she said before kissing her deeply again. Ororo felt as if her body was melting into the sand. The heat of Kitty’s passion threatened to consume her. All she could do was give in and ignite.
Ororo kissed her as passionately as she ever had. She wrapped her long legs around Kitty’s waist and cupped her face in her hands so that she could not escape her lips. Kitty’s felt Ororo’s naked sex rub against the tender skin below her belly. She was so in love she wanted to cry.
Kitty grabbed her by the shoulders and forced her back down. Licking from the nape of Ororo’s neck to below her navel. Ororo grabbed her by the hair, preventing her from going any lower.
"No!" she said sternly, pulling them both up into a sitting position.
Kitty’s eyes pleaded with her. "I love you Ororo. Let me…"
"No!" Ororo yanked on Kitty’s wrist, lowering her to the sand with her free arm. Kitty yelped in shock and confusion.
"You first…" Ororo smirked. Her eyes narrowed into slits "…my love."
