“Where’s Reed?” Susan asked Ben while serving herself a morning coffee,
“He’s still in the lab.” He answered while reading the paper, Susan rolled her eyes,
“He’s been in there all night.” She drank her coffee,
“He wants to know what that specimen is before the official conference since the preview we gave those reporters will bring a lot of attention.” Ben explained to Susan but she paid attention to the photo on the front page, Ben noticed her stare at the photo and he looked at it too,
“The rookie hero has been all over the media lately huh, not surprising I guess.” He said,
“What do you mean?” Susan asked him,
“Well New York is always the place where new heroes show up and the media loves to swallow up a new headliner.” He explained and Susan nodded in agreement,
“That’s true, I mean there’s a new vigilante going around Hell’s kitchen at night beating up thugs and pimps all over the streets.” Susan drank her coffee and thought about a way to get to Parker sooner than later without resorting to invading his apartment as a first step, she smiled upon thinking of an idea,
“Say Ben…” she started and her friend gave her his attention,
“Do you think Reed will mind if I do some media exposure on our other projects? You know, to secure more funding from the public and corporations.” Susan knew her husband would not care about the other projects, which she started based on her research and theories, so it would be easy to make a move.
MJ’S APARTMENT
Peter walked in and saw that Mayday was asleep in her room so he went to MJ’s room and saw she was not there so he looked around for her. He entered MJ’s home office, or at least that is what Mj liked to call it, and found her asleep on her computer while sitting on the office chair,
“You pulled an all nighter huh.” Peter gently picked up his wife in his arms and went to take her to bed. After that he called on Tess (Jessica Chastain) to look after things by cleaning up while he looked over MJ’s writing for the paper,

Gwen chuckled at Peter’s reaction before speaking,

“I hope its something to help get the paper back on top, The New York Times just did an interview with She-Hulk about defending those mutant teenagers in Westchester.” Betty drank her cup while giving Peter a certain look and Peter glanced around to make sure no one was in listening range,
“Do you want to join me on this interview?” He asked and Betty grinned,
“Sure why not, better than taking Jameson’s phone calls from his nagging wife.” Betty threw her cup away and went to her desk to grab her purse, notepad and a pen along with her thin jacket,

“Right behind you Ms.Brandt.” He followed Betty out of the main floor into the elevator.

“Look I can’t say what’s happening yet okay but Peter is going to handle it as quickly as he can and when he does he will tell us all about it.” She explained and the women just accepted her words….well Felicia plans for more questions later when they are alone.
BAXTER BUILDING-10:00AM
Peter snapped some photos of Betty and Susan Storm as they continued the interview in the office.
