Jubilee already had the music up and blaring by the time Rae stepped into the kitchen, a large bag of flour sat beside a huge mixing bowl and she was currently pouring water into a measuring cup while singing a Morgan Page song at the top of her lungs, flour dusting her face.
Lee tossed her head from side to side as she poured the water from the measuring cup into the mixing bowl, looking up when Rae entered the kitchen.
“Wanna grab the pizza pans out and start on getting the crusts all rolled out and stuff after I get this dough mixed up?”
“Sure,” Rae replied, opening one of the many cabinets and pulled out a stack of large pizza pans.
They worked side by side for a few minutes, bodies dancing to the music, before Jubilee finally spoke.
“Soooo…uh…you and Wolvie, huh? You two are like, together and stuff?” her ears turned pink.
Rae patted the last of the pizza crust into a pan and looked at her best friend, “He is my mate,” she replied, shrugging slightly.
Jubilee just nodded and walked over to the fridge. She opened the door and pulled out a large bag of shredded cheese and handed it to Rae who placed it on the island. Jubilee started handing her stuff out of the fridge, keeping the large door between her and Rae.
“Is he…uh…how…” Lee stumbled over her words, her skin growing warm with embaressment. “How…I mean, uh, I saw you guys in the hall and stuff. Is he…you know,” she peeked at Rae from around the fridge door and lowered her voice, “Is he big?”
Rae cocked her head and her brows furrowed together, “Big?”
Lee walked up to Rae and put her face close to hers, “You know,” she whispered, “down there.” She pointed down, “His cock. Does he have a big cock?”
Rae’s face broke out in a huge, mischievous smile and she nodded causing Jubilee to squeal.
“I knew it!” she declared. “Of course he would be.”
She walked to the counter and slid a large can of tomato sauce closer to her. She placed the hand-held electric opener against the smooth metal, spinning the can slowly around as the top was sliced open. She glanced at Rae, watching her silently as the other woman stood on a stool, reaching high into a cupboard. Jubilee couldn’t stop her eyes from sliding down the length of Rae’s body, simply admiring the other woman’s curves. She could see why Rae was drawing the eyes of the men in the mansion, including the attention of the hardest man to get attention from, Wolverine.
Jubilee had been with the X-Men for a few years and in the time she had turned her teenage body into that of a gymnast but Rae, she had been training her whole life. Her body was marred by the scars from her past but the smooth olive-tone of her skin rippled with muscles that had been toned to perfection.
Rae wasn’t much shorter than Jubilee, and now that she thought about it, Rae was about the same height as Wolvie so it wasn’t super model legs that had their attention, although Rae did have nice legs. It must be nice not ever having to worry about shaving your legs. Lee’s eyes grazed across the other woman’s chest and ass then self-consciously she looked down at her own chest. Well, Rae had another one up on her but Rae didn’t have super huge tits either, not like the other X-women did. Why do mutant women always seem to have larger than average tits anyhow? Maybe it was part of the whole being a mutant thing. Encoded into the mutant gene or something.
Rae finally found what she was looking for, the plastic bag that held the seasoning that they used for the pizza sauce. She stepped down off the stool and held the bag out in triumph.
“Found it!” she declared, looking pleased with herself, grinning at Lee who couldn’t help but to smile back.
As Rae cut open the top of the bag and proceeded to pour in the spices Lee watched her. Rae continued to move to the beat of the music as she worked, a slight smile seemed to always be present on her face. Maybe it was the smile. Lee had to admit that Rae had a super infectious smile, or maybe it was the innocence that Rae had about Earth customs. No, Peter was like that also and none of the women went flocking to him.
Rae began to sing along with the song that had just started, one of Lee’s favorite Kaskade songs, as she stuck a wooden spoon into the large bowl of tomato sauce, mixing in the seasoning packet that she had just finished pouring in.
“I love this song,” Rae gushed. “I wish they had music like this on Tar’lal. Or even the ability to listen to music on machines. Angel on my shoulder but a devil in my head, hmm hmm hmm.”
“Rae, what’s it like?” Jubilee asked, mumbling as she began to scoop sauce out of the bowl and spread it on the waiting pizza crusts.
Rae cocked her head at Lee and stopped singing but continued to move her body to the music. “What is what like?”
She took position beside Lee, cutting open the large bag of cheese. Lee’s whole body turned a brilliant shade of pink.
“Sex. What is sex like?”
“With Logan?” Rae cocked her head at Lee, hand freezing in the process of sprinkling cheese on a pizza.
“What? No! Well, maybe. I mean, you’ve been with other guys besides Wolvie, right? You kinda did it with Bobby that one time…”
Rae shook her head violently from side to side, “No. Don’t mention that. I made a mistake with Bobby.”
“I know. “ Lee said, “But still, what is it like?”
“Have you never?” Rae cocked her head, looking thoughtfully at Jubilee who turned a so red she bordered on purple.
“Well, not exactly. I mean, I’ve done things to myself so I know what an orgasm feels like.”
“Apparently things are different here on Earth. On Tar’lal seeking pleasures from others is encouraged, especially among the warriors. We train hard, fight to protect the village and our people and in return there are expectations. Tension builds when you are pushing your body beyond its limits and sometimes seeking pleasures with someone is the best way to release it.”
Jubilee nodded at Rae’s words. She fully understood what Rae was saying. She had witnessed Jean and Scott immediately head to their room after an especially hard mission and she wasn’t stupid. She knew what some of the other’s did in the privacy of their own rooms, she wasn’t deaf either. She had also indulged in satisfying her own body after returning from a mission and how much better she felt after the sexual release.
“Is-is it similar to, you know, doing it yourself?”
Rae stopped sprinkling cheese, placed her hands on the counter and thought about it for a moment
“Yes and no. When you pleasure yourself it’s you. You know where to touch and how to touch. When you are with someone, when they are doing the touching, it’s-it’s so much more. It’s difficult to explain, Lee. And each lover is different.”
“What about Wolvie?” Jubilee asked, trying to be casual as she started putting toppings on a pizza, keeping her eyes on her work.
Jubilee is very interested in Logan. Perhaps I should speak with him.
“I’ve had taken many lovers but never had I had one that makes me feel the way that Logan does. He completes me, Lee and when we are together, he makes me feel things in ways that I never knew existed. His touch alone…perhaps I shouldn’t go into details.” She winked at Jubilee and laughed, “I would hate to leave you here to finish up while I went to find him.”
Jubilee’s mouth dropped open at Rae’s honestly but she recovered quickly and laughed also.
“So, you’ve had sex with lotsa guys and stuff?”
“I don’t feel ashamed at the number of lovers that I had had in my past. I have been with many men as well as women. Lee, I’ve lived for 114 years and I’ve been training as a warrior since I was a small child. I’m no stranger when it comes to pleasures, or sex as you call it. I’ve noticed much since I’ve come to Earth in regards to sex as well as how the body is looked upon. On Tar’lal, people bathe together in the bathhouse. Men, women and children. We are not ashamed of our bodies or in allowing others to see them and sex is the same. Children are permitted to experiment and once a child has reached adulthood they are allowed to seek lovers from anyone in the village. It is actually preferred that a young one seek out someone older and experienced as their first lover so they are taught kindness and love.”
“Really?”
Rae nodded, “Honestly, I find many of the customs and views of things here on Earth to be a little silly at times.”
“Yeah, there is stuff that I think is silly too.”
Both women were silent for a moment, then when one of their favorite songs started playing on the radio they looked at each other, smiled and started to dance around.
“Alright, I have the cheese on all of these. How many of these are we doing with all meat? Charles enjoys the ham and pineapple, correct? With the fresh tomatoes?” Rae asked, dusting the remainder of the cheese from her hands.
“Right. And we have to do that crazy one that Gambit likes also.”
They finished preparing dinner, and while the pizzas cooked, they spent the rest of the time dancing around the kitchen.

He stood just outside of the kitchen door watching the two women inside as they danced and sang as they worked putting together dinner for everyone in the house, his eyes glued to one in particular-his mate.
He loved how ferocious she became in the heat of battle, how cool and calculated she was with her actions and the way that her enemies fell under her force but then there were times like now, when she was having fun, smiling and almost human. He had spoken with her many times about the trials she had undergone on her home planet, how hard she had been made to train daily and how little pleasure she was able to take from life itself. She had been born to a warrior who expected her to grow to become a warrior as well.
She twirled gracefully around as she sang along with the song currently blaring from Jubilee’s radio, her hips swaying back and forth and her arms pumping the air. Jubilee danced beside her and he smiled seeing his two favorite girls having fun together, both dusted with flour, splattered with pizza sauce and not having a care in the world at that moment except waiting for the timer to buzz.
He had walked up on the tail end of their conversation, stopping just outside of the doorway so that neither of them knew that he was there. He was hoping that with the variety of scents in the kitchen at the moment that Rae hadn’t caught his scent.
He wasn’t sure why but hearing that Jubilee was still a virgin was actually sort of a surprise. He had never really thought about it before tonight but now that he was, he wasn’t sure why he would have thought otherwise. Who would she have slept with around here? Hell, even he still saw her as a snot-nosed kid but he couldn’t help but to think about what Rae had said about the customs of Tar’lal when it came to sex. The older and more experienced were expected to teach the young the ways of love making. He watched Rae and wondered if she had helped bring a boy into manhood in such a fashion and he smiled, knowing she had and that those boys probably walked away thinking that they were in love.
He decided that it was time to get back to his book when they stopped talking about sex and went back to talking about what toppings went with which pizza.

“Well, girls, another successful dinner under your belts,” Charles said with a smile. “I’m impressed with how well the two of you are managing yourselves in the kitchen lately. I will admit that I was a little worried when Jean insisted that we pair you two up on a permanent basis for meals but it seems to be working out just fine. I’m sure everyone here will agree with me when I extend thanks for the time and effort you two put in as well as the consideration for each of our different tastes.” He nodded at the half eaten slice of ham and pineapple pizza in front of him.
Jubilee and Rae grinned at each other as a chorus of agreements followed Charles’ thanks.
“I’m afraid there is a mess just as great in the kitchen as dinner was,” Rae said with a flush. “We got…ah…bored waiting for the pizzas to cook.”
“That’s alright, sugah. ‘Ro and I agreed to take care of the clean up tonight,” Rogue said, picking up another slice of sausage pizza.
“Yes, it seemed only fair that with the amount of time you two spent in there today, that someone else take care of the clean-up,” Storm said.
“Man! That’s awesome!” Jubilee cheered. “I totally love you two.”
“Thank you,” Rae said with a smile.
She turned and looked at Wolverine beside her. He was leaned back in his chair, a toothpick in his mouth and his arms folded across his chest. He winked at her then picked up his beer and drained the last of it before standing up.
“Thanks, ladies. Think I’m going to go have me a lay down now.” He walked out of the room.
“That man,” Warren said, “He’s like a bear. Eats and then goes to hibernate.”
The room echoed with laughter.
While everyone laughed Rae turned to look at Jubilee, confusion apparent on her face. “What’s a bear?”
“Oh my gosh, Rae! What am I going to do with you?” she said, sighing.
