Summary: It seemed like almost over night that his little girl had grew into a woman.

Notes: Thanks to keppiehed for the beta. The title was taken from the song Grind by Angelspit. Jubilee is over the age of 18 in this fic. The source of Logan's angst over his feelings for Jubilee is that she is like a daughter to him, yet he is sexually attracted to her and he feels that is wrong. This is also a het fic and it's my first one.

It seemed like almost over night that his little girl had grew into a woman. How did this start? What exactly caused this awareness of her? Was it when she became an adult? Jubilee's curves were small and compact but fit her frame. Logan – often referred to as Wolverine – mused on this fact as he nursed a beer at his favorite bar, Cooper Fox. Logan was now hiding an erection at the mere thought of his Jubilee's nubile body. Her scent had become maddening to him, as well. Logan almost couldn't bear being around his protégé for long periods of time out of the fear that he will do something about this growing need in his body.
Logan growled slightly in his brooding state. What am I gonna do? I can't stay around her for long periods of time without wantin' to rut with her?
“God help me, Jubilee, the beast wants ya just as much as the man,” Logan muttered darkly and then took a long gulp of beer.
Goddamn this healin' factor. I never seem to get drunk enough to forget her face, Logan thought with a frown.
“Another Labatt,” Logan said to the barkeep.
“Here ya go, son,” The old man replied with a nod.
Logan just nodded and passed a five. “Keep the change.”
Logan opened the beer tab with a jerk of his wrist and drank half the bottle in one gulp.
“It's a woman, isn't it?” the barkeep wheezed.
“Yah,” Logan replied.
“It's always a woman, isn't it?”
“Yah.”
“Can I be helping ya, Son?”
“Naw.”
“Well, Son, if you change ya mind, just let old Reggie know.”
“Will do,” Logan said, tipping back the bottle and finishing off his twenty-fourth beer; he was still sober.
“I say that's a record here. Most would be pissin' drunk right about now,” the old man remarked with a grin.
“I ain't like most men,” Logan said with a grimace while getting up.
“See ya around, Reggie,” Logan said with a nod of his head.
“See ya, Logan,” The old man said with a bark of a laugh.

Logan was just hoping for a little shut-eye. He was hoping like hell that his little girl didn't appear in his dreams again, tempting him as always. Stopping outside his door, he sniffed, and he smelt Jubilee's scent: the grapefruit smell of her perfume – so young and fresh – combined with the powdery-flowery smell of her deodorant. So clean. Underneath all that was Jubilee's musk, her own unique scent that got under Logan's skin and made the beast growl with possessiveness.
Good Lord, I should leave, Logan thought as his erection grew even harder. The outline of his stiffened cock strained against the thigh of his tight blue jeans.
The beast, the Wolverine, was tired of running away and tired of resisting the need to claim his mate. His woman. She isn't a little girl anymore, the Wolverine insisted like the devil it was.
“God help ya, Jubes. I'll just go in there and sleep on the couch,” Logan muttered as the beast within twisted Logan's face into a parody of a smile.
Logan quietly opened the door and crept into his room, while praying that Jubes was asleep so she wouldn't pester him about them and their “chemistry”. Logan forgot that the beast was strong inside him. He peered down at the sleeping young woman in his bed. Jubilee lay sprawled under the sheet. In her sleep it had crept down and exposed her perky but round tits that were topped with small, brown aureoles. Logan stifled a groan at the sight. They would make a good mouthful, the Wolverine pointed out to Logan. Logan chastised himself for that thought.
“Darlin', I swear to God, I just made ya up to hurt myself,” Logan said softly, before the Wolverine gave a very low growl.
Jubilee awakened at the rumble.
“Wolvie, you're home,” She said sleepily, but with a blissful smile.
“Yah, I'm home, kiddo,” Logan grumbled.
Jubilee smiled as she eyed his very apparent hard-on.“Come to bed, Wolvie,” Jubilee replied.
“I think I'll sleep on the couch,” Logan said, looking away from his girl on his bed.
Logan sat down on the couch that had been slashed a few time with his claws in one of his temper tantrums. He removed his plaid shirt, leaving just his wife-beater and tight jeans. He slid off his cowboy boots and put his Stetson on the coffee table beside the couch.
“Sleep? My ass, Wolvie,” Jubilee remarked as she got out of bed.
That ass is a fine one. Logan closed his eyes, praying to God that Jubilee had some sense to at least wrap the bed sheet around her. Probably not, he thought with a sigh.
“Wolvie, open your eyes,” Jubilee said in a soft voice.
“Darlin', leave before something bad happens to ya,” Logan said in a strangled voice.
“Logan, damn it, I am a grown-ass woman, and like hell I'm gonna leave. Has it ever occurred to you that we belong together? We always have. I didn't wait all these years for you to do this,” Jubilee said.
Logan opened his eyes to see his darling girl standing in front of him in all her glory. Jubilee stood before him with her hands on her hips. Jubilee had let her hair grow a little, it barely touched her shoulders now. She was, at most, an inch taller than him now. Logan glanced down to see her slender hips, and a trimmed triangle of black hair at the apex between her thighs. The Wolverine purred at the sight, and extended Logan's hand towards the young woman before him.
“That's what I thought,” Jubilee remarked while she straddled his lap and kissed him hard.
Logan felt his resistance waver; she felt too goddamned good to stop. The Wolverine growled softly against Jubilee's lips before flipping her over so he was on top of her. Wolverine then pinned her wrists above her head with one calloused hand.
Jubilee wrapped her legs around Wolverine's hips and started to grind her center into him, moaning softly. Wolverine broke the kiss to bite down on Jubilee's shoulder. Jubilee moaned in a surprised pleasure. She would always be the slave to the beast and to the man. Jubilee had committed to him, and to only him, since the day she saw him tortured when she was a teenager.
It's about time we claimed each other, Jubilee thought contently. She yanked up his beater and pulled it off him, revealing his hairy but muscular chest. Jubilee ran her fingers down the chest, savoring the feel of him and the sight of him. She had craved him for years.
Wolverine grabbed her hand and kissed it gently. I have to stop this, Logan thought as he gently palmed Jubilee's breast.
Jubilee's hands started to toy with Logan's belt buckle. The Wolverine purred again; the beast was content. The beast feeling this way was too much for Logan; something bad was going to happen. Something bad always occurred when this happens.
Logan dragged himself off Jubilee, with a growl. Logan quickly buttoned up his plaid shirt, and slipped into his cowboy boots.
“Where the hell do you think you are going?” Jubilee hissed while her eyes narrowed.
“Out,” Logan growled.
“Like hell you are!” Jubilee snarled getting off the couch and started towards him.
“Jubilation, I am not..Good for ya, darlin'. Never have been. Never will,” Logan yelled while popping his claws with a shickt.
“Wolvie ...”
“I love ya, Jubes, I always will,” Logan whispered, before withdrawing his claws, then storming out the door and slamming it behind him.
“Stubborn asshole!” Jubilee yelled out in frustration.
Jubilee slid into his beater, since it was the closest to him that she has ever been. She crawled back into his bed, the bed that had started to smell like them both. “One day, Wolvie, you'll be mine,” Jubilee muttered as she closed her eyes to sleep.
