I especially enjoyed the last one, actually (although, "And that was a square knot..." definitely won a laugh). Charles is such a fascinating character in that he's so.../honestly/ "good" (doesn't want to take advantage of people, believes in peace and the "good" in other people, etc.) but not to the point that he comes off sickeningly goody two shoes, BUT...it does seem to, as you had Erik suggest in this, make him almost...innocent to his own power?

In any case, it was very sexy to see him taking control like that, because he could have it so /utterly/ and yet he always (or, almost always) "lets" Erik win. Very nice. :)
