I never liked Shatterstar until I was a few issues into X-Force, when he started hanging out with Ric, and Ric found out that he spoke Spanish. I loved that issue. I think I read your other fics with this pairing on this site, and I loved them. I love this. Great descriptions, great affection and dialogue, and I love the image of Shatty watching Ric sleep with the sun shining on him. Good work.
